摘要
本文提出了一种利用下变频器及锁相环来提取微波、毫米波信号相位噪声的技术方案 ,建立了相噪测试主机的数学模型及相噪功率谱和系统灵敏度的表达式 ,利用反卷技术校正系统的测试误差 ,使被测付氏频率可延伸至 0 1Hz 。
In this paper,a key technique of extract of phase noise of microwave and millimeter wave signal is proposed.The mathematics model of the main phase noise measurement equipment and the expressions of phase noise spectrum and system sensitivity also are established in this paper.Using the technique of deconvolution to correct the system error of this measurement equipment,the Fourier frequency of measured signal can be extended to 0.1Hz.The corrected results of this measurement have good coherence with the results of the measurement of spectrum analyzer.
