摘要
蓬莱油田正常生产时的用电由浮式生产装卸油轮(FPSO)和中心平台的发电系统提供,紧急情况下则需启动各设施的备用发动机。CHEMETRON公司的水雾系统已广泛应用于蓬莱油田各设施的发动机撬块,为发动机的安全运行保驾护航。当发动机发生火灾时,水雾系统能够降低温度和置换撬块内的氧气,通过降低热辐射来阻止火势的蔓延,从而清除空气中的灰尘,减少火灾产生的有毒物质颗粒的数量。多年的实践运行表明,CHEMETRON水雾系统无论是在调试期间,还是在正常过程中都稳定可靠,动作准确,达到了发动机消防安全保护的目的。
During normal operation,it is powered by the engines of FPSO and central platform; in emergency,it is necessary to startup the standby engine of each facility.The water mist systems from CHEMETRON are widely used for engine skid plates of each facility in the oilfield,to escort safety operation of engines.Once blaze of engine occurs,the water mist system can reduce the temperature and substitute the oxygen in skid plate,thus decrease heat radiation and prevent the spread of fire.In addition,partial dust in the air can be eliminated for reducing the toxic particles caused by the fire.Through practical operation for many years,CHEMETRON water mist system is stable and reliable in both commissioning and normal operation; it acts properly and meets the purpose of fire safety and protection for engines.
