摘要
为探讨西洋参多糖肽对糖尿病小鼠降血糖、血脂及抗氧化的作用功效。采用四氧嘧啶诱导糖尿病模型小鼠,以不同剂量(100、200、400mg/(kg·d))的西洋参多糖肽对小鼠进行灌胃,观察各试验小鼠体质量、空腹血糖浓度、糖耐量的变化、血脂水平以及血清抗氧化能力情况。结果表明,西洋参多糖肽可减缓糖尿病模型小鼠体质量的负增长,中、高剂量组体质量极显著高于模型对照组(P<0.01);降低糖尿病模型小鼠的血糖,且与处理浓度和时间呈正相关性,高剂量组血糖浓度极显著低于模型对照组(P<0.01);抑制葡萄糖引起的血糖升高,在缓解糖尿病小鼠糖耐量降低方面作用显著,低剂量组显著低于模型对照组(P<0.05),中、高剂量组极显著低于模型对照组(P<0.01);有效降低糖尿病小鼠血清中总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三脂(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)的含量及提高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)的含量,高剂量组TC、TG含量极显著低于模型对照组(P<0.01),HDL-C含量极显著高于模型对照组(P<0.01);降低血清中丙二醛(MDA)含量,提高超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性,各剂量组与模型对照组比较差异显著(P<0.05)或极显著(P<0.01)。可见,西洋参多糖肽具有降低血糖、调节脂代谢和抗脂质过氧化作用。
In order to study the lowering blood glucose, blood lipid and antioxidant effects of Panax quinquefolius polysaccharide peptide on diabetes mice, alloxan induced diabetic mice were treated with different doses (100, 200, 400 mg/(kg·d)) of Panax quinquefolius polysaccharide peptide by gastric, and changes in body mass, fasting blood glucose concentration and glucose tolerance, blood lipid levels and serum antioxidant capacity were measured. The results showed that Panax quinquefolius polysaccharide peptide could reduce the negative growth of body mass of diabetic model mice, body mass of medium and high dose groups were very significantly higher than that of the model control group (P<0.01); could reduce the blood glucose of diabetic model mice , there was a positive correlation with concentration and time, blood glucose concentration of the high dose group was very significantly lower than that of the model control group (P<0.01); could inhibit the elevation of blood glucose caused by glucose and significantly alleviate the glucose tolerance of diabetes mice, the low dose group was lower than the model control group significantly (P<0.05), middle and high dose groups were very significantly lower than model control group (P<0.01); could effectively reduce serum total cholesterol (TC), triglycerides (TG), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL C) contents and increase high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL C) content in diabetic mice, the TC, TG contents of high dose group was very significantly lower than that of model control group (P<0.01), the HDL C content was very significantly higher than that of the model control group (P<0.01); could reduce the content of MDA, increase the activity of SOD and GSH Px in serum, and the differences between each dose group and model control group were significant (P<0.05) or very significant (P<0.01). The results indicated the effects of Panax quinquefolius polysaccharide peptide on lowering blood glucose, regulating lipid metabolism and anti lipid peroxidation.
