摘要
结合工程实例,介绍了用混凝沉淀+水解酸化+接触氧化工艺处理中低浓度印染废水时,方案选择的依据、工艺流程、工艺参数、运行调试及运行成本的分析。设计进水COD为800 mg/L,BOD5为240 mg/L,色度为800倍,SS为400 mg/L,NH3-N为25 mg/L,以上述工艺处理后出水达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)一级排放标准。
Based on an engineering example,the process coagulative precipitation+hydrolysis acidification+contact oxidation used for the treatment of low-concentration printing and dyeing wastewater is introduced. The basis of project selection ,process flow,technological parameters ,operation debugging,and running cost are analyzed. The designed influent COD 800 mg/L, BOD5 240 mg/L, chroma 800 times, SS 400 mg/L and NH3-N 25 mg/L. After the wastewater has been treated by the above process, the effluent quality meets the requirements of the first class of Discharge Standard of Integrated Wastewater (GB 8978--1996).
