摘要
老年教育随人口老龄化显得越来越重要,对其系统而全面的研究显得日益迫切。人口老龄化催生老年教育学。老年教育的概念,简单地说就是所提供的非传统的、具有老年特色的终身教育活动。老年教育区别于成人教育的基本特征为:教育对象老龄化,教育宗旨是促进积极老龄化,教育过程将学习、快乐、作为整体化,教育模式是教与养结合一体化。老年教育具有人的终生发展属性、社会公益属性和上层建筑属性三个社会属性。老年教育的基本目的是促进老年人终身而全面发展,促进社会可持续发展。与此基本目的相呼应的老年教育功能,一是育人功能,从横向维度来说促进老年人全面发展,从纵向维度来说促进老年人终身发展;二是社会功能,老年人是资源,老年人具有丰富的智慧、经验、技能和影响力,在社会经济建设、政治建设、文化建设、生态文明建设等方面可以继续发挥积极作用。
With the aging of population, education of the elderly becomes more and more important, and it's pressingly urgent to study it fully and systematically. A simple definition of education of the elderly is the provision of non-traditional lifelong education activities characteristic of the elderly. Its distinctive features are: the receivers of education are aging, the purpose of education is to encm/rage positive aging, the process of education is the synthesizing of learning, happiness and accomplishment, and the mode of education is the integration of educating and caring. It has three social attributes: the attribute of lifelong development of human being, the social benefit attribute and the superstructure attribute. Its two fundamental aims are to promote the lifelong and all-round development of the elderly and to promote the sustainable development of the society. Hence its two corresponding functions: one is the education function, which means the all-round and lifelong development of the elderly; the other is the social function, which considers the elderly as a valuable resource, whose wisdom, experiences, skills and influence can contribute to the economic, political, cultural and ecological development of the society.
