硝酸铵吸湿点测定方法的改进及影响因素

摘要 吸湿点是硝酸铵在用作固体推进剂时的重要指标之一。通过实验对吸湿处理的方法进行了改进,并从温度、称样量及样品表面积3个方面对硝酸铵吸湿点测定的影响进行了分析。依据实验得出的数据,将吸湿处理的方法改进为在25℃的恒温环境中、90%的相对湿度下吸湿3 h。在影响因素中,温度对其影响最明显;称样量对吸湿点的测定影响比较小,但使称样量尽量接近会减小平行差;表面积对吸湿点测定的影响较大。 The moisture absorption point of ammonium nitrate is one of the important indexes when it is used in the solid propellants. The moisture absorption treatment methods were improved through the experiments, and three influence factors of temperature, sample amount and sample surface area on determining the moisture absorption point of ammonium nitrate were analyzed. Depending on the data obtained from the experiments, the improved moisture absorption treatment conditions are moisture absorbing 3 h under the constant temperature, environment of 25 % and the relative humidity of 90%. In all of the influence factors, the influence of temperature is the most significant. The influence of sample amount on determination of moisture absorption point is minor, but trying to make the sample amounts as possible as close can reduce the parallel error. The influence of surface area on determination of moisture absorption point is more significant.
