摘要
研究了汽车悬架参数与平顺性的关系,并在此基础上探讨了悬架参数的优化设计.将某一区间的悬架刚度与阻尼比等分为若干份并进行排列组合,然后将每一组参数代入汽车三自由度振动模型并进行平顺性分析计算,从中优选出汽车振动系统"输出"较好的悬架参数组合.
This paper mainly focuses on the relationship of the parameter selection of automobile suspension and the ride comfort of vehicle; further it discusses the optimal design of suspension parameters. The design's critical elements are as follows: First dividing the suspension rigidity and damping ratio in a special range into several identical parts with them permutated and combined; Then applying each of group parameters to the car's three degrees of vibration model and calculating the ride comfort of vehicle; Finally selecting the optimal suspension parameter combinations with best output results of auto vibration system.
