摘要
目前我国新能源汽车的市场销量增长缓慢,消费者购买新能源汽车积极性不高.针对这一现象,开展了新能源汽车消费行为影响因素的问卷调查,应用SPSS统计软件对调查结果进行因子分析,结果发现影响新能源汽车消费行为的主要因素有优惠政策、相关费用、配套设施、安全舒适、车辆功能、宣传口碑以及便捷服务等7项因子.最后,根据分析结果对新能源汽车企业发展给出了建议.
At present, the sales of new energy vehicles grows slowly in China. In view of this phenomenon, this paper carries out the investigation of new energy automobile consumption behavior influence factor, and applies SPSS to make factor analysis. The results shows that the main factors affecting the new energy automobile consumption behavior can be classified as preferential policies, related costs, facilities, safety and comfort, vehicle function, propaganda and reputation, convenient service seven factors. Finally, this paper puts forward some specific proposals for the development of new energy vehicles.
