摘要
长螺旋钻孔压灌桩技术是建筑业10项技术(2010版)地基基础和地下空间工程技术之一,是利用长螺旋钻成孔,用混凝土泵将混凝土从钻头底压出,边压灌边提升钻头直至成桩,然后将钢筋笼一次性插入混凝土而形成混凝土灌注桩。较普通水下混凝土灌注桩操作更方便,施工速度快且无泥浆污染,造价省,在同类工程中很有推广价值。
The construction technique of long auger drilling press - grouting piles is one of the techniques on Foundation and Underground Space Engineering in Ten Technologies of Construction Industry（2010 Edition）. Its construction process consists of drilling hole with long auger drilling rig, pressing concrete from the bottom of drill bit by concrete pump, and lifting the drill bit while press - grouting, and inserting the reinforcing cage into concrete. Compared with ordinary underwater concrete piles, it is more convenient in operation, faster in construction, no mud pollution and low cost. It has high promotional value in similar projects.
