摘要
修车工人在进行车辆检修时,不良的作业姿势易导致身体局部损伤。根据人机工程学理论,并应用CATIA软件中的人机分析模块,对修车姿势的舒适性进行了定性和定量评价,对修车躺板进行了方案设计,该躺板可根据人体的疲劳程度进行高度及枕板角度的调节,从而提高了修车作业的舒适性,为相关产品的设计提供参考。
When repairing car,some part of body of workers would be injured because of improper working postures.Based on the theories of ergonomics and the man-machine analysis module of CATIA softwar,the qualitative and quantitative evaluation on the comfort of repairing postures are carried out,the design scheme on repairing lying plate is developed.The height of the lying plate and the angle of the pillow board can be adjusted according to the level of fatigue,then the comfortalble degree can be improved.The design provides references for the design of related products.
