摘要
基于海南地区既有居住建筑节能现状的调研结果,选取了海口市某住宅建筑作为典型建筑,利用建筑能耗模拟软件DeST-h进行全年空调能耗计算,运用"对比评定法"诊断典型建筑为非节能建筑;通过典型建筑能耗的模拟分析,得出降低海南地区既有居住建筑屋顶的传热系数对节能贡献不大,而降低外窗的综合遮阳系数节能效果显著,并分析了该地区适宜的节能改造技术,为海南地区的既有居住建筑节能改造工作提供一定的参考。
Based on the result of the investigation on existing residential building in Hainan,a residential building in Haikou was selected as typical building. The energy consumption simulation software DeST-h was used to calculate the air-conditioning energy consumption of typical building throughout the year. Typical building was diagnosed with ordinary building, which was not up to the standard for energy conservation of residential buildings by custom budget method. Through simulation and analysis on energy consumption of typical building, the results shown that it had little influence on energy-saving by lowering the heat transfer coefficient of roof, while lowering the overall shading coefficient of external windows was greatly helpful to reduce the energy consumption of existing residential buildings in Hainan. Finally,in this paper, some feasible retrofitting technologies for existing residential buildings in the area were presented and it would be helpful for the energy-saving reconstruction work of existing buildings in Hainan.
