摘要
鉴于海洋钻机作业时天车在运行过程中偶有上碰下砸的现象,天车防碰系统的研究越来越受到重视。分析发现,此类事故的主要原因是由于司钻未能保持安全的天车移动速度,导致游车上升或下降速度过快,在盘刹未得到及时控制时,游车与天车或顶驱与转盘发生碰撞,从而严重影响钻井作业。因此,为了保证司钻的安全可靠,现推出一系列尤以智能化控制为主的司钻控制,确保钻井安全作业。
In view of collision and drop of crown when the off-shore drilling rig is in operation, with more attention has been paid to the crown crash-proof system. It is shown that the main reason for such assignment errors is driller's failure of keeping a safe crown moving speed, leading to block up or down too fast; the disk brake is not controlled in time, that will cause collision between the traveling block and crown or collision between top drive and the rotary table, which seriously affect the drilling operation. In order to ensure safety of driller, a series of intelligent control are launched.
