摘要
宿根甘蔗平茬、破垄、施肥、覆膜等联合作业是新兴的宿根甘蔗管理技术。通过分析2CLF-1型宿根甘蔗平茬破垄覆膜联合作业机机构结点和工作原理及应用情况,得出结果:平茬、破垄、施肥、覆膜联合机械化作业适用于宿根甘蔗管理作业,技术投入与产出之比达到1∶2,增产增收效果显著,同时,对该技术可能带来的负面影响与问题进行了分析与建议。
Combined performance of stumping, ridge-breaking, fertilization, and film-covering operations for ratoon sugarcane is an emerging management technology on ratoon sugarcanes. This paper analyzed the structural features, working principles and application status of 2CLF-1 Combined Performance Machine for ratoon sugarcane's stumping, ridge-breaking and film-coveting operations. Results revealed that the combined mechanized performance of stumping, ridge breaking, fertilization and film coating operations was suitable for management of ratoon sugarcane, its input/output ratio reached 1:2 with remarkable yield and harvest increase. Meanwhile, this paper also analyzed the negative impacts and problems of the technology, and put forward some suggestions.
