摘要 为分析近年来台湾有机农业发展状况,利用相关农业和经济社会统计数据,对有机农业整体规模和产业结构进行了统计分析。结果表明,2004—2011年,台湾有机农业整体规模增长迅速,有机种植认证农户增长了140.59%,有机种植面积增长了302.40%,户均有机种植面积增加了67.26%。产业内部发生结构性变化,蔬菜替代稻米成为了有机种植第一大作物,四大作物之外的有机种植迅猛增长。农业产业结构调整的大趋势、认证监管体系的完善以及经济周期带来的战略契机,是台湾有机农业实现跨越式发展和产业结构调整的重要影响因素。 In order to analyze the recent development situation of organic agriculture in Taiwan, statistic analysis was made on the overall size and industrial structure, with related agricultural, economic and social statistics. The results showed that, in 2004--2011, the overall size of Taiwan's organic agriculture grew rapidly, the certificated farmers increased by 140.59%, the organic farming area increased by 302.40%, and the average organic farming area per household increased by 67.26%. Meanwhile, the industrial structure changed extremely. The vegetable, replacing the rice, became the first organic crop in Taiwan, except rice, vegetable, fruit and tea developed very fast recently. The critical influences were the trend of agricultural structure adjustment, strengthening certification & supervised system and strategic opportunity in economies cycle.
