摘要
阐述了计算机监控系统在新疆下坂地水电厂机组自动控制中的应用。该系统采用CLIENT/SERVER体系结构,实现了对机组的遥信、遥测、遥控和实时监测。通过分析机组单机频率调节在PID模式下抗扰动和稳定性能的不相容性,确立了优先保证稳定性的参数优化策略。针对运行中出现的问题,本文提出了相应解决方案,对类似水电站有一定的借鉴作用。
The application of the computer monitoring system to the automatic control of the hydro-generating units in Xiabandi Hydropower Plant is expatiated herein. The CLIENT/SERVER structure is adopted for this system, and then the remote commu- nication, remote measurement, remote control and real-time monitoring on the hydro-generating units are realized. Through the a- nalysis made on the incompatibility between the anti-disturbance and the stability of the frequency regulation for single-unit of the hydro-generating units under the mode of PID, the tactic of parameters optimization for preferentially ensuring the stability is es- tablished. In accordance with the problems occurred during the operation, the relevant solving schemes are put forward herein, which can play some reference roles for the similar hydropower plants.
