摘要
以一种混联式混合动力客车为例,分析了混联式混合动力客车采用气动执行机构的原因,对气动执行性机构进行了受力分析,介绍了单作用气缸和双作用气缸执行机构的工作原理;对单作用气缸的斜拉弹簧式、双弹簧式回位方式和双作用气缸回位方式做了样车试验,结果表明双作用气缸更可靠,该机构目前已批量应用于实车。
Taking a type of series parallel hybrid electric bus as an example, the reasons why series parallel hybrid electric bus adopts pneumatic executive mechanism is analyzed, its force analysis is carried out, and the working principles of single- acting cylinder and double action cylinder actuator are introduced. The sample vehicle experi- ments for the inclined pull spring type and double spring type of single - acting cylinder return mode and double - acting cylinder return mode are carried out, and the results show that double action cylinder is more reliable and the mechanism has been used in bus batch production currently.
