织物增强对三明治型复合材料板材性能的影响分析 被引量:3

摘要 纺织结构复合材料是以纺织预制件实现结构增强的复合材料。设计加工三种不同结构的三明治型复合材料板材,分别为无织物增强、平面织物增强和间隔织物增强复合材料。本文对三种复合材料板材的压缩、弯曲、剪切、剥离性能进行测试,并分析了织物增强对复合材料板材的性能影响。结果表明接结纱的存在及其与填充泡沫间的协同作用,使得间隔织物复合材料板材的压缩、剪切性能、剥离性能明显优于前两者。三种复合材料板材的弯曲强度差异不明显,但是间隔织物的存在却使板材的抗弯韧性更好。 Textile structural composite is a newly developed composite, which is reinforced by textile preforms. There are three different types of sandwich composite panels such as non-fabric reinforced, fiat fabric reinforced and spacer fabric reinforced composites. In this paper, the compressive, three points flexural loads, shear and peel prop- erties of each type of sandwich composite panels were tested, and the effects of fabric reinforcement on the proper- ties were investigated. The results indicate that there are synergy effects between pile and foam, the compression performance, shear performance and peel performance of spacer fabric reinforced composite plate are significantly better than the former. The flexural stiffness was no significant difference, but owing to the spacer fabric, the flexur- al toughness of spacer fabric reinforced composite plate is superior to the former.
