摘要
提出了用于测试轮边电驱动系统效率、耐久性等性能的电封闭试验台的设计方案与控制方法。采用同步带传动方式有效扩大了试验台的测试范围,通过PC机和dSPACE Simulator实现对被测电机和测功电机的控制和对试验数据的实时监测和采集。测试证实试验台控制准确、响应迅速、操作方便,能够满足试验要求。
This article describes the design and control method of an electrical power closed test-bench used in the performance test of wheel electric propulsion system. The test scope of this test-bench is effectively expanded by using the synchronous belt. We can control the motors and collect the testing data at all times with PC and dSPACE Simulator. The test confirms that the control is accurate, the response is fast and it is easy to operate. The test-bench can meet the requirement of test.
