摘要
本文通过对站内准备时间和布置问题的分析,引出站内物料位置布置问题,构建了两类布置问题的数学模型,并设计了遗传算法实现模型求解。以某公司EP11-IP汽车线柬预装配线的某一工作站为例,对其所需物料位置的优化问题进行数学描述,在Plant-simulation中建模并利用遗传算法模块求解与仿真。结果表明,所提方法和数学模型可为预装配线工作站物料优化问题的优化仿真提供可行的解决方案。
In this paper, we first analyze the setup time in workstation and the workplace layout problem, leading to the material location layout problem of workstation, and then build the mathematical models for two kinds of layout problems, using genetic algorithm to calculate. Finally take EPll - IP automobile wiring harness of one company as example, use Plant-simulation optimization genetic algorithm in the simulation modules. The results show that the method and mathematical models are effective in solving these problems.
