摘要
中国建筑科学研究院从20世纪70年代率先在我国开展建筑工程抗震研究,并一直保持国内领先地位。本文介绍了我院在工程抗震领域的重大技术研发成果,回顾了几十年来建筑工程抗震在我国的研究进展和设计规范的变革,介绍了抗震设防的基本目标和发展趋势。多年来的研究和最近的震害经验表明,在满足现行抗震设计规范要求的条件下,只要采取适当的抗震措施,建筑物都能经受罕遇地震时强烈的地面震动,避免严重的破坏。
China Academy of Building Research (CABR) leaded firstly the research on the earthquake resistance of building engineering, and has remained the leading role in China since 1970s. The important achievements on earthquake resistance of building engineering in CABR are introduced. In this paper, the research progresses of earthquake resistance of building structures and the reforms of seismic design codes are reviewed. The basic target and development tendency of earthquake protection are presentd. Based on research results and experience from recent destructive earthquakes, it is pointed out that if the basic requirements of current seismic design code are complied and the adequate structural details are adopted, all the normal structures enable to resist the strong ground shock under rare earthquake and avoid serious damage.
