摘要
提出将GAHP应用于配电网规划方案决策,利用MATLAB程序化为"多目标、指标、决策者"提供有效决策方法。拟三位决策者对一实际配电网规划方案进行了综合决策,验证其可行性与稳定性。与传统公认的AHP方法进行比对,阐述了对比的结果。该方法优势在于:准确快速解决配网规划综合决策这一复杂的问题,指标可根据实际需求灵活增删。决策者经验与定量计算相结合,是一套实用配电网规划评估决策方法。对于"智能电网"激增的指标量决策,有积极的指导意义。
The new model of distribution network planning nowadays constraints reliability, investment, environmental protection, system security and other issues. In this paper, the GAHP is applied to distribution system planning op-tions selected, solving Multiple Indicators and Multiple for decision-makers decision making by adding processing MATLAB program to make calculations involving the matrix becomes easy. In this paper, three experts on a real dis- tribution network planning program was integrated decision-making, decision-making process, verifying the feasibility of the decision making and stability. Using the traditional method AHP of making an assessment on the program to get the results. Examples show that the method can solve the comprehensive evaluation of distribution network planning problem of the complex decision-making. Better expertise and quantitative calculation of the combined distribution network.planning is a practical solution. Leading positive significance to the Smart Grid surging indicators in decision-making.
