摘要
目的:研究分析血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)与不同分型分水岭脑梗死的相关性。方法:选择2010年1月到2013年6月汾西矿业集团总医院神经内科收治的分水岭脑梗死患者80例,经头颅MRI+DWI诊断为皮质前型、皮质后型、皮质下型及混合型各20例,以及无症状的正常人20例,分别测定血浆同型半胱氨酸及超敏C反应蛋白水平。结果:分水岭脑梗死患者血浆同型半胱氨酸水平显著高于正常人,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);分水岭脑梗死患者血浆超敏C反应蛋白水平显著高于正常人,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);皮质前型、皮质后型、皮质下型及混合型分水岭脑梗死患者血浆同型半胱氨酸水平及超敏C反应蛋白水平比较,差异无统计学意义。结论:不同分型的分水岭脑梗死的发生与血浆同型半胱氨酸及血浆超敏C反应蛋白水平有关,血浆同型半胱氨酸及血浆超敏C反应蛋白水平可作为预测及评价分水岭脑梗死的重要指标之一。
Objective: To study the correlation between plasma homocysteine(HCY) and hyper-sensitivity C-reac- tive protein (hs-CRP) related to different types of watershed cerebral infarction. Methods: 80 patients with watershed cerebral infarction during January 2010 to June 2013 admitted to the internal department of neurology were diagnosed by brain MRI + DWI as cortical former type, the type cortex, subcortical and mixed type of the 20 cases, as well as a- symptomatic of the normal 20 cases. Plasma homocysteine and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein levels were measured for the patients. Results: The watershed cerebral infarction plasma homocysteine levels were significantly higher than normal people, and there was statistically significant difference ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; watershed infarction patients with high-sen- sitivity C-reactive protein levels were significantly higher than normal people, and also the difference was statistically sig- nificance ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; compared with plasma homocysteine levels and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein level of the pa- tients diagnosed as cortex former type, the type cortex, subcortical and mixed type, there was no statistically significant difference. Conclusions: Different types of watershed cerebral infarction is related to plasma homocysteine and plasma high-sensitivity C-reactive protein level, and plasma homocysteine and plasma high-sensitivity C-reactive protein levels can be regarded as a predictor of cerebral infarction and evaluation of watershed important indicators.
