摘要
针对武器系统效能评估中存在指标信息不确定和指标间关系不明确的问题,运用粗糙集和组合神经网络模型进行研究,提出了基于粗糙集的效能评估指标集约简方法,并构建了基于组合神经网络的效能评估模型,研究结果表明,基于粗糙集和组合神经网络的武器系统效能评估是可行、有效的,对全面而科学评价武器系统效能具有积极指导作用和较强实用性。
In order to solve the uncertainty of the index information and relationship during the weapon system effectiveness evaluation, the rough set and the neural ensembles are employed. A new evaluating index deduction method based on rough set is provided, and a new evaluating model based on neural ensembles is built. The result shows that this new method based on rough set and neural ensembles is available and feasible for effectiveness evaluation, and would have a positive guidance for evaluating the weapon system effectiveness comprehensively and scientifically.
