摘要
在纤维缠绕过程中,张力是一个极为重要的控制参数,直接决定着制品的质量。如何更好的对张力系统进行控制对纤维缠绕工艺有着重大意义,而目前的纤维缠绕张力控制有其不足之处,通过PID对张力系统控制具有提高制品质量的现实意义同时也具有一定理论意义。
In the process of filament winding,tension is a very important control parameter,it directly determines the quality of the products.How to better to control the tension system of filament winding process has a significant meaning.Now,the filament winding tension control has its limits.Through the PID control of the tension system,it has practical significance to improve the quality of products.At the same time also has theoretical significance.
