摘要
结合某公司半自动中低速贴片机的研制情况,分析了贴片机的生产工艺流程与PLC的控制要求。为了提高PLC程序编写的效率与质量,以自动贴片过程为例,具体说明了利用SFC顺序功能图STL步进编程的方法,完成贴片机PLC的程序编制。
Based on the cooperative research on a certain company＇s medium and low speed surface mounting machine,the technological process of the machine and control requirement of the PLC are analyzed.In order to improve program quality and efficiency,the method for programming PLC based on SFC is explained by means of theexample of automatic chip mounting process.
