摘要
以粒度为 0 8μm(FSSS)的超细WC粉及超细Co粉为原料 ,VC和Cr3C2 为抑制剂 ,用真空烧结加热等静压或气压烧结手段 ,制取了硬度HRA≥ 90 0、强度σ≥ 30 0 0MPa的高强、高硬系列超细硬质合金 。
m-sized WC and Co powders are taken as raw materials,VC and Cr 3C 2 as grain growth inhibitors,high strength and high hardness(“both high”)ultrafina cemented carbide (hardness HRA≥92 5,transverse rupture strength TRS≥3000MPa)has been made by hot isostatic pressing.The function of hot isostatic pressing and the way of promoting transverse rupture strength have also been discussed in the paper.
