摘要
对教育信息化背景下的高校教育技术组织机构的职能定位问题进行研究,是当前高校教育信息技术工作的紧迫命题。通过问卷调查、网络检索、文献查阅及案例比对,对高校教育技术组织机构的本质属性、成立背景、现实环境三方面进行综合分析,得出教育信息化和教育技术走向融合是必然趋势,高校教育技术组织机构是教育信息化有效推进的基石和中坚力量;得出新时期高校教育技术组织机构的基本职能在于对高校教育信息化的有效推进和常规教育信息技术工作的持续开展;得出"建设、服务、管理、教学、科研五位一体,均衡发展"的"南通模式"对处于低迷徘徊阶段的高校教育技术组织机构建设具有一定的普适性和借鉴意义。
Study on the organization function localization of educational technology institute in higher education in new period, is an urgent issue of higher education information technology work. Through questionnaires, literature review, case comparison and comprehensive analysis the nature, the establishment of background and the realistic environment of organization of educational technology, this study includes some conclusions. The main conclusions are as follows: the education information and education technology integration is an inevitable trend, organization of educational technology in information technology education is the cornerstone of effective promotion and the backbone; The basic functions of universities in the new era of educational technology organization is the information on the university education and effective promotion and conventional education information technology the ongoing work; The study believes the" Nantong Model ",which is integrated and balanced development of "construction, service, management, teaching and research" of the educational technology organization in university, would provide some success cases for educational technology organizations building in downturn trend.
