摘要
南瓜是葫芦科南瓜属植物,是一种药食两用植物,不仅含有丰富的营养物质,还含有多种生物活性物质。该文综述南瓜功能性物质及防癌、辅助降血糖等保健功能,以及南瓜产品的开发现状,以期为更深层次开发利用提供参考。
Pumpkin is plants of the genus Cucurbita in the gourd family,is a kind of medicinal and edible plant,not only rich in nutrients, but also contains a variety of bioactive substances. This paper reviewed the pumpkin functional substances and anti-cancer, auxiliary hypoglycemic health functions, developing status and pumpkin oroducts,in order to provide the reference deeper develoement and utilization of pumekin.
