摘要
为满足某型雷达装备对进口滤波器产品的要求,依照项目的研制流程和质量控制原则,设计了一款调谐加载集总电容的窄带圆杆梳状腔体滤波器;基于梳状滤波器的设计原理,理论计算得到结构参数并建立电磁结构模型,通过仿真优化得到了理想的滤波特性,并分析了腔内电磁场的分布情况和频率调谐范围;通过试验,验证了该滤波器产品具有窄带通、低插损小、高带外抑制等优点,满足雷达装备对产品的性能要求。
In order to meet the requirement of radar equipments for import filter products, and based on the development flow and the qualitycontrol principle of the item, a narrowband columned cavity filter by tuning loadedcapacity is designed in this paper. Based on the design principle of the columned cavity filter, academic structure parameters are obtained, and an electromagnetic structure model is es tablished. After the simulation and optimization, the ideal characteristics of the filter are obtained, and this paper analyzes the electromagnet ic distribution of the cavity and the tuning range of the frequency. Finally, the test proves that the filter product has many advantages, such as narrowband, lower insertion loss and better frequency selectivity, and meets the product performance requiremnt of radar equipments.
