摘要
教师国家荣誉制度是新时期教育战略发展的重要支撑,是科教兴国和教育优先发展的政治宣誓。教师国家荣誉区别于传统教师荣誉,立足于国家层面,面向全体教师,更具象征性和价值导向,具有政治意义、社会意义和重大激励价值。我国建立教师国家荣誉制度不仅具有法理依据,同时具有现实紧迫性。借鉴域外教师国家荣誉的成熟经验,结合我国现实国情,提出构建教师国家荣誉制度的宏观思路和具体制度设计。
Teachers' national honor system is an important support for education strategy development, in the new period of time. , and is political oath in the context of developing our country through science and education and taking development of education as priority. Teachers' national honor is different from traditional honor, based on the national level, for the every teacher, of more symbolic and value orientation, as well as political significance, social significance and important incentive value. Establishing teachers' national honor system not only has legal basis, but also the realistic urgency. Drawing lessons from the oversea teachers' national honor, according to our country' s reality, the author put forward some ideas of construc- ting teachers' national system from the macro thoughts and specific path.
