氢氯吡格雷治疗不稳定型心绞痛疗效观察

摘要 目的探讨氢氯吡格雷治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床价值。方法选择2010年6月—2012年8月中国人民解放军总医院收治的不稳定型心绞痛患者86例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各43例,对照组采用常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用氢氯吡格雷,观察用药期间两组患者心绞痛和心电图变化情况。结果治疗组心绞痛发作次数明显减少(1.0±0.9)vs(1.8±1.0),心电图ST段较对照组改善,差异有统计学意义。结论氢氯吡格雷可以明显改善不稳定型心绞痛的症状及心电图变化。
