摘要
本文提出了一种新颖的对数字式干涉型光纤传感器的条纹进行直接细分的方案 ,研究了实现这一方案的原理和方法 ,与叠栅光栅检测中的条纹直接细分相比 。
A new scheme to sub divide directly the fringe of a digital interferometric fiber optic sensor is proposed,the principles and the methods to realize the scheme are investigated.The theoretical and experimental results show that the number of sub division employing this scheme is remarkably increased compared with that of the Moire grating scheme.
