摘要
模型预测控制是近年来发展起来的一种新型的控制算法,其对模型的参数精度依赖性小,但是具有很好的控制性能,已经广泛应用于过程控制等领域中。模型预测控制可以根据过去和现在的信息,对系统的状态量进行预测,并综合考虑控制对象的预期值和控制量的变化等评价指标,得到最优的控制量。针对交流电机矢量控制中传统电流环PI调节器对电机参数依赖性较高的问题,本文把模型预测控制应用到交流电机高性能控制中。设计了通用性的基于模型预测控制的电流控制器代替传统的电流环PI调节器,可以用于各种交流电机控制中。实验结果表明,基于模型预测控制的电流控制器具有很好的控制性能,参数鲁棒性较好,可以完全替代传统的PI调节器。
Model predictive control (MPC) is a novel control algorithm developed in recent years. MPC can achieve a satisfying control performance with lower model parameters dependency and has been widely applied in process control systems. MPC can predict the future state variables of the controlled object based on the current and past information, and an optimal command can be obtained according to the expected values of the controlled objects and the vary of the command. In this paper, MPC is applied in the current control for the high performance AC motor control system to solve the problem of high parameters dependency in traditional PI controller. A novel generic current controller based on model predictive control algorithm is designed which can be used in the control of all kinds AC motors. Experimental results show that the MPC controller has a very good performance and is very robust to the model parameters. So MPC can be applied in motor control systems instead of the traditional P1 controllers.
