摘要
亚急性甲状腺炎西医诊断为上呼吸道感染史,甲状腺肿大、疼痛与压痛,伴全身症状,血沉增快等方面,西医使用非甾体抗炎等药物治疗。中医病因病机归为外感风热、肝郁化火,中医治疗多采用疏风解表、疏肝泻火等进行辨证论治,也可使用内服,外敷相结合,以清热解毒,疏肝泻火,软坚散结为主。
Subacute thyroiditis Western diagnosis of upper respiratory tract infection,goiter,pain and tenderness,accompanied by systemic symptoms,ESR,etc. Western use of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs for treatment. TCM etiology and pathogenesis classified as exogenous wind-heat,stagnation of the fire,Chinese medicine treatment of multiple tables with liver-fire wind-dispersing solution method dialectical theory of governance,can also be used orally,topical combination of methods to dispelling wind and relieving,liverfire,Endometriosis mainly.
