Clinic Evaluation of Bio-oss Artificial Bone and Bio-gide Collagen Membrane on Treating Periodontal Disease

摘要 目的:观察联合应用Bio-oss胶原质和Bio-gide胶原膜行引导骨组织再生术治疗牙周炎的疗效。方法:将42例牙周病患者随机分为实验组和对照组各21例,实验组35颗患牙行Bio-oss、Bio-gide引导性组织再生术,对照组30颗患牙行常规翻瓣术刮治。分别记录术前、术后12个月患牙周袋深度(periodontal probing depth,PPD)、附着丧失(attachment loss,AL)、牙松动度(teeth mobility,TM)。结果:与术前相比,2组术后PPD、AL、TM均明显减少,且有显著性差异,实验组疗效优于对照组。X线根尖片显示,实验组骨缺损区有新骨形成,对照组未见新骨形成。而且实验组骨密度增强较对照组明显增多。结论:牙周翻瓣术后植入Bio-oss骨代材料,联合应用Bio-gide胶原膜治疗牙周病能明显改善临床指标,且疗效优于单纯翻瓣刮治术。 Objective to observe the effect of biocompatibility of Biooss artificial bone and Bio-gide collagen membrane on treatment of periodontal disease. Methods 42 patients with periodontal disease were divided into two groups. One was treated by Bio-oss artificial bone and Bio-gide collagen membrane with guided tissue regeneration, GTR, while the other group was treated by routine flap surgery. Periodontal probing depth (PPD), attachment loss (AL) and teeth mobility (TM) were scored before surgery respectively. After surgery, the above indices were examined again in the 12th month. Results Compared with preparactive cases, the following indices such as PPD, AL, TM were significantly reduced in both groups (P〈0.05 ). But the Bio-Oss artificial bone and Bio-gide collagen membrane with GTR group had better effect than the contrast group. Conclusion Clinical effects of treating severe periodontal disease by flap curettage plus biocompatibility of Bio-oss artificial bone and Bio-gide collagen membrane are superior than by only periodontal flap curettage according to our clinical study.
