摘要
分析了我国在推动全民阅读过程中遇到的在组织分工、资源建设、弱势群体服务、法律保障4个方面的障碍,提出了建立"全民阅读"协作小组、加强网络资源建设、重视弱势群体阅读、提供法律保障等推动全民阅读的建议。
This paper analyses the obstacles for China＇s national reading in aspects of organizational labor division, resource construction,service for vulnerable groups and legal protection, and puts forward some suggestions on promoting the nationwide reading such as establishing the collaborative group of nationwide reading, strengthening network resource construction, paying attention to service for vulnerable group, and providing legal protection, etc.
