摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定三乙酰更昔洛韦有关物质的分析方法。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为C_(18)柱,流动相为甲醇-水,梯度洗脱,检测波长为254 nm。结果:典型杂质N^7-三乙酰更昔洛韦在1~6μg·ml^(-1)范围内线性关系良好,回收率为98.39%,RSD为2.80%。结论:该分析方法具有很好的专属性和重现性,可用于三乙酰更昔洛韦有关物质测定。
Objective ： To establish an HPLC method for the determination of the related substances in triacetyl ganciclovir. Meth- od： A Cls column was used with the mobile phase of methanol-water with gradient elution at the detection wavelength of 254 nm. Re- sult： The calibration curve was linear within the concentration range of 1-6 ~g ~ ml -~ for N7-triacetyl ganciclovir, which is a typical re- lated substance in triacetyl ganciclovir. The recovery of N7-triacetyl ganciclovir was 98.39% （ RSD = 2.80% ）. Conclusion ： The HPLC method is accurate with good speciality and repeatability in the content determination of the related substances in triacetyl ganci- clovir.
