摘要
通过分析现有特殊爪型转子型线与单头螺杆内凹转子型线的构成特点,设计出了一种新型螺杆式真空泵等螺距内凹爪型转子型线。这种转子由两对称的叶片组成,每个叶片型线有七段曲线组成。通过数学推导得到了该型线完整的端面方程,导出了该型线的面积利用系数和抽速的公式,为进一步的研究奠定了理论基础。根据这种型线的特点可知新型等螺距内凹转子型线具有较好的动平衡性。最后利用Solidworks软件绘制出了这种转子的三维实体模型,通过模拟啮合验证了端面型线的正确性。
By analyzing the characteristics of the existing special claw rotor and the single-thread screw concave rotor profile, a new fixed pitch concave rotor profile for the screw vacuum pump was designed. The rotor consists of two vanes which is centrosymmetrical, each vane end-face profile of the rotor is made up of seven curves. The pro- file through theoretical derivation, the complete equations of the rotor end-face profile were given, the formulas of area utilization coefficient and theoretical pumping speed for the profile were deduced. The theoretical foundation was laid for further research. According to the characteristics of the rotor profile, it can be obtained that dynamic balance performance of the new screw rotor is excellent. Three-dimensional solid model of the screw rotor was drawn by solidworks software. The profile equations were proved to be correctly by meshing process.
