摘要
重理论轻实务是经济法课程的传统教学模式,随着法学教育改革的深入,有必要更新教学理念,加强实践性教学。因为实践性教学对法学人才培养目标的实现、提高司法考试通过率和学生的学习兴趣有着积极的促进作用。实践性教学的开展主要存在教学管理缺位、教学方法单一、教材匮乏、考核机制欠缺科学性等几个问题。我们应该从构建科学的实践性教学体系、完善课堂实践性教学环节、改进评价机制、加强师资队伍建设等方面加以完善。
It has been a long time that the teaching of economic law overemphasizes theory and neglects practice.Thus it is necessary to change teaching philosophy and strengthen practical teaching.Practical teaching is beneficial to fulfill the goal of training talents, raise the judicial examination pass rates and boost students＇ interest in learning.There are some barriers blocking practical teaching,including the absence in teaching management,singularity in teaching methods and insufficient teaching materials and the lack of scientific evaluation mechanism.To deal with the problems,the following aspects should be improved,involving building the scientific practical teaching system,advancing the practical teaching links,perfecting evaluation mechanisms and strengthening the teaching staff.
