通过对教育部授权的查新机构开展调查,并针对问卷及其网上查新平台建立等情况进行研究,探讨教育部查新机构存在的问题和不足,以促进其发展。
This paper investigates the present situation of sci-tech novelty retrieval service of Ministry of Education, including utilization of database resources, personnel set, the completion of the reports and establishing novelty search online platform. It investigates the existing problems and shortcomings of sci-tech novelty retrieval service.
