摘要
ZrB_2具有优异的高温性能,常被作为超高温陶瓷应用,但是它难以致密化。为了能够得到致密度高和高温性能好的ZrB_2陶瓷,笔者研究了YAG含量对ZrB_2陶瓷性能的影响。结果表明:致密度随着YAG含量(质量分数,下同)由10%增加到40%而增高;但是,YAG含量从30%增加到40%,陶瓷致密度提高趋势变缓。YAG含量从30%增加到40%,陶瓷断裂韧度增高变缓。随着YAG含量增加,陶瓷高温氧化增重量减少,陶瓷的表面氧化层厚度减薄。
ZrB2 belongs to a class of ultra-high-temperature ceramics (UHTCs) with an extremely high melting point, but its densification is difficult. To make ZrB2 ceramics with high relative density and good high-temperature property, in this article, the effect of YAG content on the property of YAG-ZrB2 multiphase ceramics was investigated. The results show that relative density increases with increasing YAG content from 10wt% to 40wt%, but the rate of increasing density from 10wt% to 30wt% is higher than that of from 30wt% to 40wt%. When the content of YAG is higher than 30wt% , fracture toughness increases a little. The weight gain due to oxidation decreases with increasing YAG content, resulting in a thinner oxidation layer.
