摘要 讨论运用3轴数控铣床试制薄壳塑料零件的方法。对薄壳零件进行了工艺分析,提出了切削参数的选择原则,制定了定位、装夹的方法及工艺流程,解决了零件第二次安装时的定位与夹紧问题。应用UG NX软件实现了薄壳塑料零件的数控编程与仿真加工,得到正确的刀具轨迹并输出可用于真实数控加工的NC程序。 How to trial manufacture thin-walled plastic part with 3 axis CNC milling nmchine was discussed. The technological proeess of the thin-walled plastic part was analyzed. The selection principles of cutting parameters were put forward. Pnsitioning, clamping methods and technological process were developed. The positioning and clamping problem when the part was installed second was solved. With UG NX software, NC programming and machining simulation of the thin-walled plastic part were implemented, so the right tool paths were gotten and the NC program was exported.
