摘要
给出一种比例电磁阀PWM驱动器中检测阀线圈电流的方法及理论分析。该方法使用电阻将电流变换为电压信号,使用线性光电耦合器和运算放大器对电压信号进行电气隔离与放大,在PWM脉冲控制下从主电源获得检测电路需要的小功率直流电源。既完成了线圈电流的检测、放大与电平移位,又实现了驱动器主电路与控制电路的电气隔离。在某液压绞车调速系统中的应用表明:该方法简单实用、电路稳定可靠。
The technique on detecting coil current in the PWM driver of proportional solenoid valve and its theoretic analysis were presented. The current signal was converted into voltage signal with one resistor, the voltage signal was magnified and isolated e- lectrically with the linear optocoupler and the operational amplifier, and the small DC power supply was obtained from the main power supply under the control of PWM pulses in the technique. Not only the detecting, magnifying current and the level shift were carried out, but also the control circuits were isolated from the main circuits. The application in the speed control system of one hydraulic winch shows that the method is simple and practical, the circuit is steady and credible.
