摘要
煤矿液压钻机动力头装配结构复杂,装配工艺设计难度大,三维装配工艺设计技术作为一种有效的解决方法首先尝试在钻机动力头装配中应用。结合实际应用需求,构建了三维装配工艺设计流程和系统体系结构,并对核心技术进行了分析,从而为保障三维装配工艺的实施提供了重要的技术支持。
Hydraulic drilling power head assembly is complicated in structure, its assembly process design is difficult. The 3D assembly process design technology is applied to drilling rig power head assembly. Based on the actual application requirement, the 3D assembly process is designed, and the key technique is analyzed, so as to ensure the implementation of the 3D assembly technology.
