压电式切削测力仪快速标定系统研究

摘要 设计了标定力和切削测力仪三向分力的同步采集硬件系统,采样频率大于80kHz/每通道,编制了自动识别标定数据软件,大大减少了读数时间,提高了标定速度,有效减少了电荷泄漏对标定精度的影响。 The synchro acquisition system with the frequency of 80 kHz per channel was designed for three components of force and a calibration force. The software was compiled for gathering data automatically based on recognition of set value, therefore the reading time was decreased greatly, the calibration speed was increased, and the influence of charge leakage on calibration precision was improved.
