摘要
促进沿海产业转移已经成为我国加快中西部地区发展的重要国家战略,产业转移就是寻找与之相适配的地域产业承载系统的再区位过程。制造业是国内区际产业转移的主体,科学评价制造业成长与地域产业承载系统适配性是制定产业转移引导政策的重要依据。本文基于制造业成长要素与地域产业承载系统耦合的内在特征,运用协同学理论,从制造业成长与地域产业承载系统两个导向维度耦合对接提取序参量,构建协调度评价指标体系,采用功效函数法建模进行测度,并对各省市之间的空间差异进行评估和分类。
Promoting the coastal industrial transfer has become an important national strategy to speed up the development of the central and western regions in China. Industrial transfer is to find the relocation process matched with the regional industry bearing system. Manufacturing industry is the main domestic interregional industrial transfer, so the scientific evaluation of manufacturing industry and regional industry bearing system suitability is an important basis for policy-making on guiding the transfer of industry. This paper first explores the inherent characteristics of manufacturing growth factors and regional industry bearing system based on coupling, using the theory of synergetics, extracts order parameter by coupling joint from two orientations of manufacturing industry and regional industry beating system, then constructs harmonious degree evaluation index system to measure the efficacy function, and finally uses the modeling method to classify and estimate the differences among provinces.
