摘要
建议了一种基于BP神经网络的浇筑仓最高温度快速预测方法。以影响混凝土浇筑仓最高温度的主要因素——浇筑温度、水管间距、通水流量、通水水温、收仓后2~3d的环境气温作为输入矢量,浇筑仓最高温度作为输出矢量,建立预测模型并进行神经网络训练,然后将训练好的神经网络模型用于新浇筑仓最高温度的预测。工程实践表明,该方法具有预测快速、准确、操作方便的特点。
A prediction method of the highest temperature of concrete block is suggested herein based on BP neural network. The main factors which influence the highest temperature of concrete block are as input vectors, including pouring temperature, pipe spacing, water flow, water temperature and environment temperature of 2-3d later of pouring completion, and the highest temperature is as output vector. The prediction model is established and then the neural network is trained to predict the highest temperature of concrete block. The engineering practice shows that this method can rapidly, accurately and conveniently predict the highest temperature of concrete block.
