摘要 介绍了新型连铸结晶辊循环冷却水系统的工作原理、用水要求和设计要点;分析了与传统工业循环冷却水系统的区别,认为该系统宜采用半开式系统;并对其流量和压力调节功能、蒸发空冷器恒温控制功能以及其冬季循环冷却水系统首次启动预热功能进行了阐述。 This paper introduced the principle, water consumption, and design key points of the cooling water system of the new strip continuous casting process. Through the analysis of the difference between the cooling water system for the new strip continuous casting process and the cooling water system for the traditional industry, it was concluded that this system should employ the semi - open system. In addition, this paper also described the flow rate and pressure adjusting function, constant temperature controlling function of the evaporating air cooler, and pre-heating function for the first start of cooling water system in winter.
