硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料在氮气中的热解动力学研究 被引量:7

摘要 采用热重分析(TGA)法对硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料在5℃/min,10℃/min,20℃/min 3种不同升温速率下的热解过程及反应动力学进行了研究。结果说明:氮气气氛下,硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料的热解过程分为3个阶段,主要反应阶段在200℃~440℃之间,随着升温速率的提高,主要反应区略向高温区偏移;不同升温速率下得到的活化能E随着升温速率的增加会稍有增加,同时E的增大伴随着A也增大;硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料热分解为一级反应,热解反应程度的预测也证实了热解反应分为3个主要阶段的实验结果;通过引入动力学补偿效应,给出了反应动力学机理函数。 Kinetics of pyrolysis of waste RPU foam was studied by TGA( thermogravimetirc analysis)at three various heating rates of 5, 10, 20℃/min in nitrogen atmosphere. Resuhs showed that pyrolysis process of waste rigid polyurethane foam could be divided into three stages, and the major reaction stage was ranged within 200℃- d40℃. The temperature of major reaction process was increased with the increase of heating rate. At the same time, activation energy and frequency factor are both in- creased with the increase of heating rate. Its reaction order isl. 0, and the reaction degree prediction of pyrolysis proved the exper- imental results that its pyrolysis process could be divided into three stages. Through kinetic compensation effect, the kinetics mechanism function was obtained.
