摘要
环境空气自动监控系统是环境管理部门掌控区域环境空气质量状况的重要手段和工具。分析了环境空气自动监控系统的功能及总体架构,构建了河南省环境空气自动监控系统。介绍了其硬件总体配置和子站配置设计。详细介绍了自动监控软件系统的配置设计,包括中心站和现场软件的设计。从数据采集处理、基本信息管理、实时数据、历史数据、均值计算、统计分析和报表及系统权限管理说明了中心站的功能,数据接口、数据采集、传输和审核多个方面阐述了其数据处理过程。介绍了中心站和现场站软件实现途径。相关研究结果可为河南省大气环境管理及科学决策提供科学技术支撑。
Automatic ambient air monitoring system is an important means and tools for environmental management depart- ments to control regional ambient air quality. The paper analyzed the function of automatic monitoring system for ambient air envi- ronment, and built the general frame automatic monitoring system. The paper introduced the hardware configuration and the sub - station configuration desiguin in general, and throughly introduced the details of the automatic monitoring software system configu- ration design, including the design of the central station and on - site software. Function of the central station was explained from data acquisition and processing, information management, real- time data, historical data, statistical analysis and report system permissions management. Data processing process was shown by many aspects including data interface, data acquisition, trans- mission and reviewing. The construction of software for central station and on - site stations was introduced. The research results provide technical support for the ambient air environmental monitoring management and scientific decision - making in Henan Province.
